The new 4.0 Litre M840T, V8 engine is powered by a twin-scroll turbocharger which has been designed to help reduce lag and improve durability.

At the recent Geneva Motor Show, Audi launched their new 2.9L TFSI V6 bi-turbo, for the RS 5 Coupé. The turbocharged petrol engine will provide more efficient combustion and increased engine efficiency to achieve a top speed of 174mph!

New Light-Duty Diesel Options for US Market

In 2018 Ford will introduce a new 3.0L diesel engine to the F-150 pickup truck range, with GMC also following suite with a 1.6L turbo-diesel engine for the Terrain SUV. Light duty pickup trucks and SUVs accounted for 63% of sales in 2016, and these additions of new clean diesel options are set to boost the diesel market share in the US.
